# Personal Ask Coefficient (PAC): Your Request Limit

> The PAC multiplier determines how much help you can request relative to what you have provided. Learn the formula, see examples, and find your own value.

The Personal Ask Coefficient (PAC) — sometimes written ЛКЗ in Russian-language interfaces — is a personal multiplier that controls the maximum help you can request based on your providing history. The higher your PAC, the more help you can request relative to what you have given. Most participants start with the default value of **2.0×**, meaning you can request up to twice what you have confirmed providing.

## The allowed-amount formula

```text theme={null}
Allowed = ProvidedBase × PAC + BonusSum
```

| Term             | What it means                                                                           |
| ---------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Allowed** | The maximum total amount you can request in Help Requests |
| **ProvidedBase** | The total confirmed amount from your standard Intents and re-providing (passon) Intents |
| **PAC** | Your personal multiplier — visible in your `/info` profile card |
| **BonusSum** | Total MAVRO-0 from bonuses already available in your balance |

<Info>
  The system enforces this limit automatically. If a Help Request you try to create would exceed your allowed amount, the bot will not let you submit it.
</Info>

## Examples

### Default PAC, no bonuses

```text theme={null}
ProvidedBase = 100,000 RUB
PAC          = 2.0
BonusSum     = 0
Allowed = 100,000 × 2.0 + 0 = 200,000 RUB
```

You have confirmed providing 100,000 RUB. With the default 2× multiplier you can request up to **200,000 RUB** in Help Requests.

### Default PAC, with bonuses

```text theme={null}
ProvidedBase = 100,000 RUB
PAC          = 2.0
BonusSum     = 50,000 RUB
Allowed = 100,000 × 2.0 + 50,000 = 250,000 RUB
```

The same providing history, but 50,000 RUB worth of bonuses have cleared and are available as MAVRO-0. Your ceiling rises to **250,000 RUB**.

### Higher PAC, no bonuses

```text theme={null}
ProvidedBase = 100,000 RUB
PAC          = 3.0
BonusSum     = 0
Allowed = 100,000 × 3.0 + 0 = 300,000 RUB
```

An administrator has set a 3× coefficient on your account. The same providing history now allows requests up to **300,000 RUB**.

## What counts as ProvidedBase

`ProvidedBase` is the sum of all confirmed amounts from your:

* **Standard Intents** — Intents you created and whose Orders were confirmed by recipients
* **Re-providing (passon) Intents** — Intents created when you quickly re-provide after receiving help

<Note>
  Bonus-type Intents and System Intents do not count toward ProvidedBase. Only standard and passon Intent amounts are included.
</Note>

## How to see your PAC

Your current PAC value is shown in your profile card. Send `/info` to the bot in a private chat to view it.

<Tip>
  If you believe your PAC should be different, contact your Guider. Only administrators can change a participant's personal multiplier.
</Tip>

## How PAC and bonuses work together

PAC and BonusSum are additive. A higher PAC amplifies the effect of your providing history, while bonuses add a flat amount on top. Increasing either one raises your Help Request ceiling independently.

For details on how bonuses are credited and when they become available in BonusSum, see [Bonuses](/mavro/bonuses).
