# Balance & MAVRO Conversion in the Web Cabinet

> View all your MAVRO positions, start Help Requests from a balance card, and convert between MAVRO-0 and growing MAVRO types in the web cabinet.

The **Balance** tab in the web cabinet shows all of your MAVRO positions in one scrollable view. Each position appears as a card displaying the MAVRO type (for example, MAVRO-0, MAVRO-20), the amount you hold, and the current fiat equivalent calculated at the live exchange rate. Unlike the Telegram bot — where a large balance may arrive as several separate messages — the cabinet displays everything on a single screen.

  You can also reach the Balance tab from the Home tab by tapping the "Available / Reserved / Frozen" summary strip. Tapping each segment filters the Balance list to show only positions with that status.

## Understanding Your Position Cards

Each MAVRO position card shows:

* **Type** — for example, MAVRO-0 (base type) or MAVRO-20 (growing type)
* **Amount** — the number of MAVRO units in this position
* **Fiat equivalent** — the current value in RUB or USDT at today's rate

The buttons available on a card depend on the position type and status:

| **MAVRO-0** — available (not reserved or frozen)                    | **REQUEST** and **CONVERT** |
| **MAVRO-0** — reserved (linked to an active Help Request) or frozen | No action buttons           |
| **Any growing type** (MAVRO-20, etc.)                               | **CONVERT** only            |

## Starting a Help Request from a Balance Card

Clicking **REQUEST** on a MAVRO-0 card opens the Help Request creation flow with that specific MAVRO position pre-selected. This is the quickest way to link a Help Request to a particular MAVRO position.

  The **REQUEST** button only appears on MAVRO-0 positions that are currently available — not on positions that are in reserve (linked to an active Help Request) or frozen.

The equivalent bot command is `/balance` to view positions, and the **"REQUEST"** inline button under each eligible MAVRO-0 position in the bot.

## Converting MAVRO

You can convert MAVRO-0 to a growing type, or convert a growing type back to MAVRO-0.

  <Step title="Open the Balance tab">
    Tap **Balance** in the bottom navigation.

  <Step title="Find the position you want to convert">
    Scroll through your position cards. Locate the one you want to change.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Tap CONVERT">
    Tap the **CONVERT** button on the card. A conversion panel will open.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the target type">
    Select the type you want to convert to. The available options depend on your current position type.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the conversion preview">
    The cabinet shows you a preview of the result before anything changes — the target amount and any relevant details.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm">
    Tap **Confirm** to complete the conversion. The position card updates immediately.

The equivalent bot command is `/convert MAVROS_UID` (or use the **"CONVERT"** inline button in `/balance`).

## Warning: Converting Young MAVRO Back to MAVRO-0

<Warning>
  If you convert a "young" growing MAVRO position — one that is **less than 30 days old** — back to MAVRO-0, any bonuses associated with that position will be cancelled. The cabinet will show you this warning before you confirm the conversion. Read it carefully before proceeding.

The warning is shown in the confirmation step so you have a chance to reconsider before the conversion is final.
