Bonuses are additional MAVRO-0 allocations that the system credits to your balance on top of what you earn from regular Orders. They let you request more help than your base providing history alone would allow. Before a bonus counts toward your Help Request limit, it must be converted to MAVRO-0 — either automatically by the system after a freeze period, or immediately when an administrator grants it manually.Documentation Index

How bonuses affect your limit
Your allowed Help Request amount follows this formula:BonusSum is the total of all bonus MAVRO-0 already available in your balance. This means every bonus that has cleared its freeze period directly raises the ceiling on how much help you can request. See Personal Multiplier (PAC) for a full explanation of all formula terms.
Types of bonuses
| Type | When you receive it | Freeze period | Becomes MAVRO-0 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Referral (ref / ref1st) | After someone you invited completes their first confirmed Order | Yes — frozen for a set number of days | Automatically, once the freeze expires |
| Guider bonus | Credited to Guiders for their group’s providing activity | Yes | Conversion not yet active — stays pending |
| Manual bonus | Granted by an administrator (compensation, reward, advertising credit) | None | Immediately available as MAVRO-0 |
| Sender bonus (planned) | For eligible Order senders (see below) | Yes — typically 30 days | Automatically after freeze |
Guider bonus conversion to MAVRO-0 is not yet active. Guider bonuses accumulate but cannot be used toward Help Requests until this feature is released.
Referral bonuses (ref and ref1st)
When a person you invited completes their first confirmed Order, you automatically receive a referral bonus. Subsequent completed Orders by the same person generate further referral bonuses. The bonus is created in a frozen state for a fixed number of days. During this period it does not appear as usable MAVRO-0. Once the freeze expires, the system automatically converts the bonus into a MAVRO-0 position in your balance. You do not need to do anything — the conversion happens on its own.Your referral completes an Order
The system detects the completed Order and schedules a bonus for you.
Bonus is created in frozen state
A bonus record is created with a freeze expiry date. It is visible in your history but not yet usable.
Freeze period expires
The system automatically converts the bonus to a MAVRO-0 position in your balance.
Manual bonuses
Administrators can grant manual bonuses at any time — for example as compensation, a reward, or advertising credit. Unlike referral bonuses, manual bonuses have no freeze period. They appear as MAVRO-0 in your balance immediately after the administrator creates them.Sender bonuses (planned)
This bonus type is not yet active. When released, it will credit a 10% bonus to the sender of an Order if the Order meets one of the following conditions:| Condition | Bonus label |
|---|---|
| Participant holds student, pensioner, or disability status | Special status bonus |
| USDT transfer made by a participant with a RUB account | USDT sender bonus |
| First-ever providing Order for this participant | First-time bonus |
| Re-providing within 24 hours of receiving help | Re-providing bonus |
Using a bonus toward a Help Request
A bonus only counts toward your Help Request limit once it has been converted to MAVRO-0. You can tell a MAVRO-0 position came from a bonus because it is tagged with its bonus origin in/balance.
From there, the process is the same as with any MAVRO-0 position: tap REQUEST under the position in /balance or use /ask as normal. The system enforces your total allowed amount automatically.
Frozen bonuses are not counted in your available balance and cannot be used to create a Help Request until they clear.
